INFORMATION RETENTION AND CORRECTNESS

MOCCA GAMES may retain the Information collected subject to this Privacy Policy for the time needed to fulfill the purposes referenced in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. MOCCA GAMES does not verify the correctness of Personal Information.

MINORS.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under the age of 18. If it comes to our attention that Personal Information has been collected from a person under the age of 18, we will delete this information as quickly as possible.
